Research Use Only (RUO) Statement

1. Intended Use

Products are supplied as research chemicals for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified personnel at research institutions, laboratories and businesses. They are sold for the purpose of scientific investigation — analytical work, assay development, method validation and similar laboratory activity.

They are not intended for:

• human or veterinary use of any kind;
• diagnostic, therapeutic, prophylactic or clinical use;
• cosmetic, personal-care, dietary or food use;
• use as, or as an ingredient in, a drug, medicine, supplement or food additive.

2. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are expressly prohibited, and purchasing from us constitutes your agreement not to engage in them:

• administering any product to a human or an animal, by any route;
• using products for the diagnosis, prevention, treatment or management of any condition in humans or animals;
• reselling or relabelling products as a drug, medicine, supplement, cosmetic, food or "pharmaceutical grade" material;
• repackaging products under another name, or issuing documentation that misrepresents their identity, purity or intended use;
• providing products to any person or organisation that intends to use them contrary to this statement.

3. What We Do Not Provide

We do not provide — and will not provide — information for human use. That specifically includes:

• dosing or dosage guidance for humans or animals;
• administration routes, injection protocols, cycle lengths or "stack" protocols for human use;
• medical, veterinary or clinical advice of any kind;
• assistance in obtaining prescription medicines or circumventing prescription requirements.

Storage, reconstitution-for-laboratory-use and stability information published on this site is provided strictly for laboratory handling of research material by qualified personnel.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

By ordering, you represent and warrant that:

• you are acquiring products for lawful laboratory research only;
• you (or your institution) are equipped and qualified to receive, store, handle and dispose of research chemicals safely;
• all work will be performed by qualified personnel under appropriate safety and containment protocols;
• you will comply with every applicable law and regulation in your jurisdiction, including import, licensing and handling requirements;
• you will not use, and will not permit others to use, the products for any purpose prohibited in this statement.

5. Documentation and Labelling

Every order is shipped with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) that identifies the peptide, the batch or lot number, the quantity, the analytical methods used and the storage conditions. 6. No Regulatory Approval

Our products are research chemicals. They have not been evaluated, approved, licensed or authorised by any regulatory authority — including the FDA, EMA, MHRA, TGA, Health Canada, NMPA or any equivalent body — for human or veterinary use, and they are not manufactured as approved drug products. No statement on this website should be read as a claim of regulatory approval, of safety or efficacy in humans or animals, or of suitability for any clinical purpose.

7. Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or terminate any order where we have reason to believe the products will be used outside laboratory research — including orders that suggest human consumption, resale as a medicine, misrepresentation of product identity, or breach of this statement.
