We are not a trading company that resells peptides from unknown sources. We are a manufacturer. From day one, Peptides Source Hub has operated as a factory-direct supplier of lyophilized peptides and research materials.
Our Shenzhen facility handles the full production chain: solid-phase peptide synthesis, preparative HPLC purification, lyophilization under controlled cycle parameters, and final vial filling in classified clean zones.

Raw Material Control
Every incoming amino acid derivative, resin, solvent, and reagent is verified against its certificate before entering synthesis.
Synthesis & Purification
Solid-phase peptide synthesis followed by preparative HPLC purification. Target purity ≥99%. Lower-purity material is not released.
Lyophilization
Freeze-dried under controlled temperature and vacuum profiles. Consistent cake morphology is a release criterion.
Vial Filling & Inspection
Performed in classified clean areas with in-process weight checks. Visual inspection for particulate matter, seal integrity, and label accuracy.
Batch Documentation
Every lot assigned a unique batch number. COA included; HPLC/MS data on request.
